Khao Kor Monument
The triangular-shaped marble monument construct in honour to those , 1150 , who died in the communist war ( 1968-1982 ) Triangle stands for the corporation among soldier , police and citizen. The width of the monument ‘ s base of 11 meters represents the Bunddhist year the communist began the rival ( 2511 )
The height from the warship stand to the top of 24 meters represents the Buddhist year the war began ( 2524 ) . The height from the base to the top 25 meters represents the Buddhist year the war ended ( 2525 ). And the width of trianyular base of 2.6 meters represents the Buddhist year of construction.
Besides, most of places. such as village , school , bridge and soldier base , are given name after the name of those devoters
